Factoring, Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting and Export Factoring

Trade finance, including factoring and invoice discounting, is a service, which enables successful businesses to fund their success. When you are growing the demands on your cash can be severe and highly profitable orders from credit-worthy customers can create cash flow problems.

We have the experience and resources to help you bridge that gap. We can fund your business in general through factoring your invoices or we can unlock the cash in large one-off orders through invoice discounting and trade finance in general. Our services include:

  • Factoring: we pay you up to 80% of the value of outstanding invoices to give an immediate cash injection. Then routinely you copy us the invoices you send your customers and we pay up to 80% of the value within 24 hours and the balance, less our fees, when your customer pays. We also handle the chasing of payment efficiently and professionally on your behalf reducing late payment and reducing your in house workload.
  • Export Factoring: you can choose to factor overseas sales only, retaining full control of domestic invoices. Again your cash flow is improved and our multi-lingual staff can chase overseas payments more effectively than most businesses.
  • Invoice Discounting: for a one-off cash injection, without an ongoing commitment to using our factoring service, we can pay up to 80% of outstanding invoice value and the balance less our fees when collection is achieved.
  • Trade Finance: there are many scenarios whereby we can help you fulfill a high value contract with domestic or overseas customers where your own cash resources are insufficient. We can use our own credit to fund purchase of raw materials; we can pay your suppliers to get the work moving and recover that sum from your invoice to the end customer. Whatever the scenario we have a solution.
